Facilities Management / Assistant Manager / Healthcare (up to S$ 7,000, Central)

SGD 6,000 - SGD 7,000

Your New Role

We are looking for an Assistant Facility Manager to be in charge of security, customer service and
cleanliness of entire facility while overseeing facility operations at our client area.

What Will You Do

  • Reports directly to the Facility Manager with responsibility for Oversees and/or coordinates
    maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors
    performing property maintenance.

  • Assist in planning and managing the preventive, corrective and maintenance schedules and
    works.

  • Assist in compiling management reports.

  • Establish and maintain quality service standards.

  • Prepare procurement documents and specifications.

  • Training team members and staffs accordingly.

What Do We Want

  • Degree in Facilities Management or any Engineering discipline / Diploma in any Engineering
    discipline.

  • Min 5 years relevant engineering operational experience.

  • Must have at least 2 years operational experience in Healthcare environment.
