Import Customer Service Officer (up to S$ 3,500, East, Japanese Speaking)

SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,500

Your New Role

We are looking for an Import Customer Service to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.
You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the
appropriate level of volume within time limits.

What Will You Do

  • In Charge of handling of Perishable Shipment

  • Coordinate import permit & delivery arrangements with back-end / Operations team

  • Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively

  • Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment
    requirements

  • Ensure compliance with customer’s SOP

  • Regular Business Review with Customers

  • All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor/Manager

What Do We Want

  • MS Office expert

  • Familiar with import and export process

  • Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours coordination

  • Able to converse in Japanese
